Steps of repurposing your content:

You can build team content marketers from your employees; you need to define bandwidth, visibility and expertise. Who understand your products and services the most, who has the time to create and research contents and who is your recognized leader. You need define your audience and why you are creating content for them. Define the rules of your content team, you need an editorial board, managing editor and content producers. You will need a team of 4.

MANGING EDITOR – is responsible for creating the editorial calendar, manage projects, brand guidelines, ensures content meets objective.

CHIEF – is responsible for setting strategic direction
